Below are physicians currently accepting referrals for new consultations, and their respective clinic locations.
NOTE TO REFERRING PHYSICIANS: Please include any relevant information, including past treatments and investigations. Do not refer patients that are currently being investigated for RED FLAG signs and symptoms as these will be returned until appropriate investigations are completed.
If you are uncertain if your patient would be a suitable candidate for our services please contact us.
Our physicians do not prescribe opioids but can provide recommendations on pharmacological pain management if required.
